September 10th:
I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day to photograph a lake-side wedding. The early September breeze was cool, with soft rays of sun peeking through the trees above. The mood around the lodge was relaxed, much like late summer, when it's hanging on to every moment left before autumn comes.
While the Mother of the Bride was trying to get the groom dressed on time, Emily was casually getting ready in her private cabin, tucked away in the woods. She wasn't anxious about putting on the gown, wasn't worried about the ceremony, she wasn't nervous at all, for this was the day she would marry the man she loved.
